You will join a fantastic IT Support Company who provide support to organisations in Hampshire, London and the North West of England.

The company were established over 25 years ago and have a fantastic and friendly management team and employ over 50 staffacross the UK.

The company are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, a VMware enterprise partner, a Cisco Systems SMB select partner and a certified Microsoft small business specialist, so you will be given the opportunity to gain training and experience ina wide range of areas.

THE ROLE

The ICT Support Engineer role will provide 1st and 2nd line telephone, remote and onsite technical support to clients within the education sector, ensuring that their ICT needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.

A salary of up to £30,000 is offered DOE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The ICT Support Engineer will ideally have the following:

Previous experience in an ICT Support role within the education sector
Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications including Office 36
Be able to diagnose and, where possible resolve, faults to Server, PC, Laptop and Tablet hardware.
Full UK license and vehicle
