With over 170 years of education experience our core purpose remains at the heart of the organisation - to promote and advance learning to create a fairer, more inclusive society.

We have built a high-performance workplace culture, backed by a strong set of values and behaviours, to ensure we're working together as one organisation to make sure no learner is left behind.

About the role
Do you have brilliant administration skills? Are you super organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines at once? Are you interested in working within recruitment and gaining exposure to a wider People Services department?

We're excited to be looking for a

This is initially a 6-month contract due to growth in the team and will predominantly be supporting the administration of Flexible Worker recruitment, but with potential to also support employed recruitment.

This is an exciting time to join the team, particularly as our flexible workforce continues to grow.

You'll be exposed to the end-to-end recruitment process and have the opportunity to get involved in project work with opportunities to buld relationships across the department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all recruitment administration activity happens in line with agreed timelines, SLA's, processes, and policy to ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met
  • Supporting the Talent Coordinators with 1st line support for recruitment activity and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing wider administrative support to the People Services department, as and when required

In addition to having an interest in recruitment and People Services, we'd love to hear from you if you hold the following key skills and experience:

  • Exceptional administration skills and experience working in a busy administration role
  • Experience of delivering great customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to multiple deadlines at once
  • Strong IT skills including using Microsoft Office
