GBP GBP34000 per annum + £4,800 car allowance
IV Community Nurse
Permanent, full-time
£38,800 per annum, inclusive of car allowance, plus mileage paid on top

We are a 7 day a week service offering 40 hours over 5 days per week on a 2 week rolling rota.

Your role as an IV Community Nurse...
Key in facilitating a seamless discharge from hospital to home
Completion of home risk assessments to ensure suitability of the home for clinical procedures
You will be visiting patients in their own homes undertaking the administration of intravenous medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies
You will be fundamental in empowering patients/carers to train to full independence with managing their own care
A Registered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications
You will have excellent communication skills as a lone practitioner working closely with your senior nurse and Nurse Manager
Flexibility to travel is essential.
Community or TPN experience is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training
