Full Load Export Operations Administrator.

Full Load Export Operations/Administrator responsibilities:

Export operations and Exports administration
Customer Service
Issue sales invoices to customers according to agreements
Check and pass purchase orders
Take bookings and create in internal software
Liaise with Transport Planner and shipping lines
Complete Export Customs Clearances
Complete Export Transit Documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Customer focussed with determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
IT literate
Good decisionmaking skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan whilst responding quickly to changing workloads
A confident and approachable person
Previous experience of using software such as Descartes/Destin8
