At Grid Systems Integration (GSI), part of Grid Solutions, we deliver integrated project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support our customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding strategies
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation
- Partner with managers to support definition of training plan and follow the full onboarding process for the first 69 months of new joiners
- Develop clear reporting on progress of hiring and training plan, define volume and qualitative metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
