Job Description Summary:
At GE Grid Solutions we are electrifying the world with advanced grid technologies.


At Grid Systems Integration (GSI), part of Grid Solutions, we deliver integrated project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support our customer needs.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation
  • Partner with managers to support definition of training plan and follow the full onboarding process for the first 69 months of new joiners
  • Develop clear reporting on progress of hiring and training plan, define volume and qualitative metrics

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
