The institution seeks a Chief People Officer to oversee the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities include managing the strategic direction and driving positive organizational change.
This position is a combination of roles and is based in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the organization's strategic direction
- Plan and implement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment
- Work closely with senior management on organizational development and change management
