Description

This is a highly proactive role working in a busy High Street office, undertaking a variety of tasks to ensure properties are let and sold in a timely fashion.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants/vendors and purchasers
  • Provide practical solutions to landlords/vendors in order to achieve prompt lets/sales
  • Close deals
  • Generate new and repeat business

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
