Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my Housing clients are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work with a caseload of complex clients across Bedford, Luton and Watford.

You will be providing housing support to people suffering with, mental health, substance misuse, long termunemployed and homelessness.

  • Using a holistic approach to provide support planning and safeguarding for vulnerable adults
  • Engaging with referral agencies and local authorities (Housing Benefits, DWP)
  • Ensuring properties are always adequately equipped and maintained
  • Supporting service users with domestic tasks wherever possible

Experience Required:

  • Housing or Support Worker experience
  • Completing Assessments and completing safeguarding
  • Can display work with vulnerable and complex need people
This role offers flexible working in the community, you can work from home ion between visits. You will regularly meet with your team and manager to discuss and reflect on complex cases. This role requires a drivers licence and access to a car.

You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting.
