Exciting Opportunity for a Export Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Summary of Role


GGR Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual for a fantastic opportunity as a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator for GGR Group.

We are looking for someone to manage, coordinate all aspects of the Sales & Customer Service process for the GGR Group.

The GGR Group Ltd is Europe's leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment, restricted access lifting machinery and mini cranes for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others.

UNIC Cranes Europe as part of GGR group offers a complete range of mini crawler cranes to hire and buy


Key responsibilities:

Day to Day Tasks

  • Customer support within GGR Group from initial quotation to aftersales.
  • Quoting customers on a range of products
  • Processing orders
  • Supporting Sales Team
  • Implement CRM system and ensure system is updated
  • Research areas of the market and provide feedback
  • Analyse sales trends
  • Follow up sales to customers
  • Quote chasing
  • Developing product knowledge for customer interaction.
  • Coordinate Dispatch and Transport for Sales
  • Manage administration related to the sales process
  • Raising relevant export documentation for international sales working together with freight forwarders and the Chamber of Commerce.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:


  • Previous experience of similar role
  • Strong level of commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement new ideas
  • Knowledge of export documentation
  • Letters of Credit, Certificate of Origin, ATR, EUR1 etc. (Desirable)
  • Fluent in another European language (Desirable not essential)

Job Terms
Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)

4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme
