Jackson Hogg Limited are delighted to be partnering with XL Precision Technologies in their search for several production operators at their high tech facility in Thornaby on Tees.


XL Precision technologies pride themselves on being a leading supplier of medical grade components and devices, operating globally with over 200 clients.

A well established client who are offering a genuine ongoing and permanent opportunity.


Role details:

  • Temp to perm
  • Routes to progress and develop
  • 3 shift pattern, days, backs & nights
  • 37.5 hours per week with early finish on a Friday
  • Pay increase after 6 months
- £10.50 days, £11.05 lates & £12.10 nights

After a period of training, salary will increase to the following:

  • £10.84 days, £11.38 lates & £12.47 nights

Duties will include:

  • Production of micro components, using magnification tools
  • Quality checking
  • Micro laser welding components
  • Operating in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all healthy and safety guidelines

£10.52-£12.47 per hour
