THE COMPANY:


Renovo Facilities and Services Ltd is a unique joint venture facilities management company formed in 2016 by One Housing and Chequers Contract Services Ltd.

This collaboration was born out of an existing close partnership of over 10 years.


Drawing from the wealth of experience of both organisations, Renovo provides a bespoke service consisting of general and specialist cleaning, grounds maintenance and building and electrical maintenance services.


Renovo services a diverse portfolio of 250 homes throughout the South East including general needs, leaseholder, hostel, sheltered and extra care properties.

THE ROLE:

Mobile Cleaning Operative required to join an established team, covering: communal cleaning within a housing association environment.

Daily tasks include (but not limited to):

  • Sweeping
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Washing
  • Dusting
  • Litter picking

Hours:
Mon - Fri 40 hours - fulltime - 4 or - 5

Vehicle and PPE supplied. Training on app use will be given.


THE CANDIDATE:


  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Able to work without supervision (after training)
  • Fit and healthy this job can be physically demanding
  • Punctual and reliable
