Salary : £35,000 per annum
Service : Parklands, Malpas
Your Service
Parklands is a 5-person service situated in a quiet residential area in Malpas, close to Newport town centre, we support people who will have a Learning Disability, Autism and complex health needs. The people supported enjoy taking part in how the home is run, whilst also enjoying managing their own personal spaces both independently and with support, we support them to achieve their goals and aspirations and make every moment matter.
Everything here is tailored around the individual; with regular sensory activities, music and movement classes and other activities happening in-house. People living here love to keep a busy, active social calendar with trips to the bowling lanes or day centres nearby.
Your Role
From ensuring the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of the team – every day is unique. Through leadership and support, our Service Managers make a difference to their colleagues' lives and the people we support – and are an integral part of ensuring everyone at Consensus has the opportunity to flourish.
The team at parklands are longstanding and skilled and are looking for a leader to support and develop them further.
