    Salary: £28,000 (£18k uncapped OTE)

    They're now looking for ambitious graduates to help enhance their already considerable presence even further

    Graduate Commercial Assistant Package:

    • A competitive basic salary of £28,000
    • £18k Uncapped OTE taking your total package higher
    • Laptop and mobile
    • Regular socials and nights out in an inclusive atmosphere
    • Enrolment on a nationally recognised training scheme to learn as you earn - worth £10k +
    • Full, continuous training and excellent scope for progression
    • Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes
    Graduate Commercial Assistant Role:
    • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, its offering and its processes
    • Support the sales team and wider business – you'll be working in a cross functional role, in regular contact with the Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
    • Develop your soft skills in a role that is a fantastic gateway into future roles with the business
    • Manage the communication with the sales team and key stake-holders making sure that everyone is appropriately updated
    • Update internal databases as required
    • Manage all inbound enquiries, ensuring that leads are allocated and responded to
    Graduate Commercial Assistant Requirements:
    • Educated to degree level
    • Possess exceptional communication skills
    • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
    • Commercial acumen
    • Excellent organisation skills
