Doncaster Home Treatment Team

Band 5 Home Treatment Practitioner

37.5 hours - 08:00 to 22:00 365 days a year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join Doncaster intensive Home Treatment Team. We provide short-term intensive support in the community to individuals with acute mental health needs to prevent hospital admission.

We provide a service between 08.00 and days per week and staff are expected to work shift patterns to cover this.

Most team members work 3 long shifts, which helps promote a good work life balance.

The team works in partnership with third sector and peer organisations to deliver person centred crisis care, therefore transparency and openness is vital.
