As a Paid Specialist, you will play a key role in driving always-on awareness and generating traffic and leads for our client's impressive portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with their Digital team to ensure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Hours:
35 hours a week.

The "core-hours" scheme asks employees to work 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday; it's your choice how and when to complete your remaining.

All the staff are fully equipped to work remotely; however, they ask that you live within a commutable distance of their Canterbury office when face-to-face collaboration is needed.

As a Paid Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth research to target the right B2B audienceDeveloping strategies for executing and delivering paid media campaignsManaging and optimising budgets, performance, and alternative ad typesCollaborating closely with the Digital team for campaign alignment and excellenceExploring new paid opportunities to boost traffic and performanceGenerating actionable insight reports for clientsUpselling clients on larger projects and budgetsTo succeed in this role, our client is looking for someone with:Experience in Paid Media and PPCProficiency in bid management tools and programmatic advertising platformsStrong analytics skills, including familiarity with Google Analytics 4Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsUnderstanding of how paid tactics fit into a multi-channel marketing strategyConfidence in presenting to stakeholders and obtaining buy-in on their needsIf you are passionate about helping clients connect with and convert their audience better than ever before, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
