Head of Market Risk

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Market Risk based in London.
The role requires significant managerial and leadership experience, and a proven track record developing high performing teams.

Key components of the role will be:

  • Managing a team of Quant and Market Risk Manager, split between onshore and offshore locations.
  • Strong commercial experience dealing with traders and desk heads, setting limits, etc,
  • Broad Market Risk exposure ideally with some commodities experience.
The managerial aspect is extremely important and non negotiable.
