A bit about the role
:


Working with Steve Bullock, Director of Loans and a small multi skilled team the Head of Lending Alliances will play a critical role in delivering the Agency's strategy.

You will be joining our small but highly skilled and experienced team, who are committed to making positive change in how the Agency delivers its core objectives.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional Loans and Investment team you will ensure efficient, consistent, and effective resolution of problems arising and the have the opportunity to help create real value and social impact.


The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around the deployment of the Levelling Up Home Building Fund.

There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Agency's offering.


A bit about you:


Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable supporting Senior Executives with complex strategic issues, aiming to deliver on our key KPIs. You will be proficient in delivering presentations and managing high profile projects.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a national team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.


As an experienced real estate lending professional you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
