Transaction Manager / Business Manager - Prestige Main Dealer, Coulsdon
Our client is a reputable Dealer Group with a wide range of Prestige Car Brands seeking an experienced and driven Transaction Manager / Business Manager to join their established team at a cutting-edge facility in Coulsdon.
Base Salary with commissions. OTE of £70k + CAR + PENSION + Comprehensive Company Benefits.
The Role
Key role in the success of the dealership, focused on selling financial solutions to customers while ensuring FCA compliance
Opportunity to demonstrate initiative and transition into a managerial position
Role Requirements
Outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and motivated
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the Sales Team
Strong communication and administrative skills
Capable of performing well under pressure
Holder of a full driving license
Flexible to work occasional weekends
Responsibilities
Set challenging objectives for the sales team and provide regular performance feedback
Ensure appropriate resourcing of the sales team on a daily and long-term basis
Maintain positive relationships with Brand partners
Enforce compliance and meet obligations related to customer experience and manufacturer's standards
Maximize sales team's performance in line with manufacturer targets
Guide the sales team in reviewing and improving processes
Encourage innovation and experimentation with new ideas
Inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional Customer Experiences
Manage daily sales activities to optimize revenue

Weekdays 08:30 - 18:00 with one day off and one in three Sundays (10:00 - 16:00)
