The Role:

  • We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and diligent individual to join the Business Transformation Department and play key role in enabling the team to facilitate effective and efficient service delivery.
  • You will be working with internal and external parties to monitor and manage contracts and supplier onboarding. You will work with the Finance department to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely and accurate manner, and that all transactions are accurately recorded. You will support the managers and leaders of the Business Transformation Department in managing projects across the organisation, by ensuring that tasks are recorded accurately and followed up on, and documentation is communicated as required.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a desire to proactively improve processes and ways of working and with an energy and passion for World Vision's mission and vision to serve the world's most vulnerable children.
  • Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to work independently? Do you have experience in administration, facilitating projects, and managing documents and contracts?
