    Job Title: CBT Psychotherapist at KMPT

    Are you a skilled CBT Psychotherapist seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive work setting?

    We are in need of a CBT Psychotherapist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIPS) team.

    In this role, you will provide top-notch CBT and family interventions to individuals aged 14+ who have had their first encounter with psychosis. You will also engage in case consultations and work closely with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT).

    As a CBT Psychotherapist with KMPT, you will receive ample support and opportunities to enhance your own practice while delivering exceptional care to individuals with psychosis and their families.

    Candidates must possess a postgraduate Qualification in CBT, BABCP registration, and have prior experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide CBT and family interventions to individuals experiencing their first psychosis episode
    • Conduct high-quality assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
    • Collaborate effectively with the MDT to bolster the team's therapeutic capabilities
    • Contribute to service enhancement and partake in research and evaluation endeavors

    Qualifications:

    Essential

    • Postgraduate Qualification in CBT
    • BABCP registration

    Experience:

    Essential

    • Experience in Early Intervention in Psychosis/Adult Mental Health/Severe Mental Health challenges
    • Experience in CBT/CBTp
    • Experience in MDT collaboration
    • Experience in groupwork/familywork
    • Proficient written communication skills
    • Knowledge of recovery, social inclusion, and EIP policies
    • Audit, service evaluation & research experience

    Desirable

    • Experience in Children and Young People's Partnership Service (CHYPPS)
