The Opportunity

The EMEA Go to Market Talent Acquisition function at Open Text is made up of passionate professionals whose mission is to attract and hire the best sales talent from the enterprise software market and the global Information Technology industry.

This is a fantastic role for an ambitious recruiter who is looking to take their first step out of the agency world into in-house recruitment, or for an in-house Talent Sourcer to take their first role as a Recruiter.

You Are Great At

Acting as a talent acquisition advisor to your hiring managers
Expertly managing the fulllifecycle of recruiting for your positions (source, prequalify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers)
Proactively using your expertise to uncover talent and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome
Researching and understand talent markets, competitor profiles, and industry trends.

What It Takes

A solid agency or inhouse recruitment background with a focus on hiring senior sales professionals.
Ability to build rapport quickly with hiring managers
Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Strong business acumen and knowledge of enterprise software market and industry
Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients
Additional European languages highly advantageous
