You need to be able to interpret case law in respect of Credit Hire recovery and have good knowledge of liability disputes.

You must be able to work in a target driven, challenging environment, with excellent attention to detail and good negotiation skills.

To consistently identify areas for concern and ways to improve.
Maintain a high standard of knowledge to assist with problem solving within the department.
Control your individual case load and all outstanding queries in a timely manner.
Deal with any problemsolving issues within your role and raise awareness where necessary to your team leader.
Using all available evidence to resolve liability disputes in our client's favour.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ensure that a high level of excellent customer service is always given from the department.

You will need:

Excellent IT skills
Experience using Proclaim system is a distinct advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively, both yours and your teams', and to review trends in the marketplace.
Ability to work under pressure and be proactive.
Excellent communication, organisational and team development skills
Problem solving skills that demonstrate good judgement and sound decision making.

Experience working within the Accident Management Industry, is essential.
