  • Demonstrable experience of leading and managing a team, both through success and challenges; inspiring highperformance and driving performance improvement
  • Experience of developing employee value proposition and employer brand; strategies to diversify the workforce including access routes into work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deal with high volumes and variety of work at pace
  • Experience of working within charitable sector is not essential; a strong affinity with our dual aims of leading Remembrance on behalf of the nation and helping the armed forces community to lead fulfilling lives is more important
