Description

We have an excellent role for any aspiring Administrators. Humber Learning Consortium are looking to take on an Administration Apprentice to support their team. In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the HLC staff, communicating with clients and any enquiries.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and ensure all electronic learner files are of sufficient quality to pass audit requirements.
  • Identify and improve internal processes for receipt, checking inputting, chasing of providers paperwork.
  • Assist in implementation of systems/processes that provides HLC's managers and providers with regular scheduled updates on caseload progress/volumes.
  • Ensure all learner and funding documentation and paperwork is processed in time for and accurate scheduled upload.

Core responsibilities:


  • Dealing with correspondence, mailings, telephone enquiries and bookings, including signposting enquiries from callers to the relevant HLC staff
  • Assess learner paperwork submitted by providers, checking for quality and any inaccuracies against programme funding rules
  • Liaise with providers with learner paperwork, providing training where necessary
  • Ensure paperwork submitted is accurately transferred onto management information databases
  • Ensure databases have the most up to date learner, client and provider information, reporting any anomalies to HLC MIS Manager
  • Process data in line with GDPR and Data Protection Principles
  • Filing ensuring learner and client records are accurately and securely stored electronically and meet the funding bodies retention requirements
  • Archiving ensure paper based evidence is accurately and securely archived as per HLC's archive policy and procedure
  • Update provider guidance documents and recording of webinars/videos
  • Daytoday liaison with HLC staff members
  • Any other administrative duties commensurate with the post

  • Good spreadsheet skills
  • Competent and accurate in wordprocessing, spreadsheets and databases

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Salary:
£6.40-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
