As an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Tutor for Primary and Secondary Age Pupils, your role is to facilitate the language acquisition and integration of students who are non-native English speakers.

This role is instrumental in providing a supportive and enriching learning environment that fosters linguistic development, academic success, and cultural understanding.

Foster a culturally inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes crosscultural understanding.
Integrate cultural elements into language lessons to enrich pupils' appreciation of different traditions and backgrounds.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

Experience/Knowledge

Proven experience in Tuition.
Proven experience in teaching or training within the UK.
Current Knowledge of the National Curriculum Skills
Effective communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly.
