We hope to further strengthen the community-based supports already in place for children, young people and their families.

We value a consistent approach for the child or young person and liaise with all involved professionals regularly to review progress.

To offer direct work on specific pre agreed outcomes to try and support the challenges that the child/young person may be facing at home, school and/or other places.

These often include challenged around behaviour, sleep, sensory issues, communicating and understanding emotions, independent skill and implementing boundaries and routines, school attendance and transition
