This is a permanent opportunity to work as an Office Administrator for a market leading consultancy, research and publishing business.
In the role of Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing diary management support and scheduling interviews. Our client is seeking an individual with 6 months' administrative experience who also has experience within customer service.Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Diary management and personal assistant support to the Research team including the scheduling of qualitative interviews with potential participants, sending confirmation notices
- Scheduling of client debrief presentations working with the research team and client(s) to seek the most convenient time for client debrief
- General office administration
Office Administrator Essentials:
- Minimum 6 months experience within an administrative role
- Experience within customer service
