Job Role and Responsibilities
- Provide brand knowledge and education to the existing customer base, which includes premium restaurant and bar groups across Northern England and Scotland
- Working with On Trade sales teams, you will differentiate our brands by creating and executing innovative inoutlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of our brands
- Build and develop relationships with key On Trade venues (including Top 50 Best Bars).
- Train and educate team members to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails.
- Host trade events and deliver training sessions
- Proactively feature and promote brand activity on social media
Background and Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality, ideally with current/previous bartending skills
- Passionate about spirits and cocktails, broad knowledge across all spirit categories
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious selfstarter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedule
- Ability to function autonomously
- Strong industry network, especially in bars across the North West and/ or Scotland
- High energy individual, possessing real credibility in the bar scene
- Ability to engage large and small groups in a presentation/training setting, comfortable in front of the camera
- Located in he North or Scotland with a willingness to travel
- Full, clean driving licence
