    About M Group Services Plant and Fleet and your team

    With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than 9,000 vehicles and over 25,000 owned or externally hired plant assets.

    Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.

    As a Hire Administrator you will be based in Stevenage as part of the National Rental Team that transacts all Rental enquiries relating to Plant, Fleet, Accommodation, Site Services and Tool requirements.

    As the Hire Administrator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Be proficient in all aspects of rental management and general administration.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks through the Plant & Fleet Rental mailbox and transacting accordingly using management software (InspHire, Jaama Key2, Oracle).
  • Continuously reviewing and reconciling live hire reports, ensuring all management software is accurate at all times.
  • Managing and resolving invoice and general queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working as a team player to ensure all tasks and deadlines are achieved.
  • Engaging with our supply chain to confirm deliveries and collections.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience both internally and to our customers
  • What you'll bring?
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Administrative or Customer Service experience desirable
  • Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Keen to learn with an interest in development and progression
  • Excellent attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Must have a 'can do' attitude; to be polite and courteous
