Behaviour Mentor - SEMH School - South BirminghamAre you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new challenge? Do you build rapport quickly with students who have faced academic and social barriers? Are you resilient, engaging and empathetic?
Job Role:
- Supporting on a 121 basis within small classes of KS4 children with SEMH needs
- Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
- Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
- Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
- Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
