Behaviour Mentor - SEMH School - South Birmingham
Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new challenge? Do you build rapport quickly with students who have faced academic and social barriers? Are you resilient, engaging and empathetic?

Job Role:

  • Supporting on a 121 basis within small classes of KS4 children with SEMH needs
  • Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
  • Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
  • Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
  • Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
