An amazing opportunity for an experienced Administrator with construction/building maintenance experience to join a fast growing company in Tottenham with a competitive salary

As a Repairs/Voids Administrator, you will be carrying out varied administration duties including:

  • Updating and maintaining information on our contract management system (EasyBOP) and any client-side system's.
  • Preparing formatted documents to enable the inputting of SOR codes to present to the client for payment
  • Order processing, quote submissions and invoicing
  • Requesting order variations
  • Producing system reports
  • Updating and maintaining tracker reports
  • Resolving minor complaints at call level
  • Scanning and copying files as required for contract delivery
  • Dealing with queries from residents and changing appointments
  • Working with supervisors and trades people to organise and schedule work and record information
  • Proven experience in administration within a repairs environment
  • Sound knowledge and use of NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR)
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service
  • High level of IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Be a flexible team player
  • Strong administrative skills, able to record information and report accurately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring jobs records are accurately entered and maintained on our clientinhouse database
  • Submit and follow up on variation requests, quotes and order discrepancies
  • Monitor the progress and processing of orders to payment and chase for updates where required
  • Providing administrative support to the Director, managers and supervisors
  • Taking calls from tenants and operatives

Experience:


  • Must have at least 4 years' experience working within the construction / building maintenance industry in an administrative role
  • Must have experience producing and varying work specifications / cost sheets containing Schedule of Rate (SOR) codes.
