LHH Recruitment Solutions has been exclusively engaged on an Internal Recruiter role for a charitable organisation in East Sussex.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from inception to completion as well as onboarding.

Responsibilities will include:

Working with the Head of People, develop and implement diverse talent pipelines and strategic sourcing initiatives for all critical roles.
In conjunction with the Communications and Marketing team, prepare and place effective advertisements and publicity/events to ensure that the charity remains high profile and an employer of choice.
Ensure appropriate authorisation and documentation is processed for all recruitment including job descriptions and person specifications.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a fair and consistent process in line with Safer Recruitment Regulations and Inclusion & Diversity infused throughout.
Responsible for managing and manipulating data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring key data and KPIs are provided to the Senior Leadership team, Trustees and Governors, as required, to manage pipeline and vacancy numbers.
Line manage the Recruitment Administrator, ensuring appropriate guidance, support and training.
A key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that the charity attracts and retains their employees and volunteers.

Ideally you will have:

Experience within inhouse (or agency recruitment) of volume roles. Social Care or Education recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
Experience in managing ATS systems.
In depth knowledge and experience of job boards and advertisement strategies.
EDI and employment law practice in relation to recruitment.
