An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Advisor to join the team in Liverpool. In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with the management of high-volume client matters, ensuring the delivery of a quality service while upholding strict adherence to business directives. Responsibilities for this position include providing high-quality legal services to customers, with a focus on gaining competency to practice as a solicitor within a supportive environment. The Legal Advisor will also be responsible for efficient file management, including adherence to timescales and compliance with precedents, under appropriate supervision. Proactively progressing files towards settlement, managing inactivity, and handling complaints efficiently are crucial components of this role.
