T2MResourcing are working on behalf of a highly successful and award manufacturing business who have an opportunity for an Interim Finance Manager in a £10million t/o subsidiary.
As Interim Finance Manager you will be the Number 1 finance person on site,supporting and influencing the management team, with one direct report.

- FTC 36 Months with the potential to become permanent
- Location: Redditch
- Based on site, flexibility to work from home if required
- Prepare, produce, analyse and report on monthly management accounts
- Provide business partner services to the Board of Directors
- Ensure timely provision of all financial information required by the Group parent company
- Ensure all internal controls are implemented and operated in alignment with Group policy
- Management of all transaction processing requirements of the company
- Preparation of statutory accounts for company
- Preparation of tax pack for submission to tax advisors
- Management of the audit process for the company
- Manage fixed asset register
- Ensure all relevant control accounts are maintained and accurately reconciled on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the integrity and development of the financial part of the ERP system
- Cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Develop twelve months rolling sales and operating profit forecast reports
- Produce and submit all VAT and intrastat returns
- Qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA)
- Preferably a graduate, but as a minimum holding 'A' level qualifications
- Experience of working in a business partnering environment, ideally in manufacturing
- Attention to detail and logical with problem solving abilities
- Experience of using SAGE 200 would be advantageous
- IT literate with systems experience and good excel skills
- Flexible, hardworking and honest individual who can work as part of a team
