Position Job Team Lead - Money Mindset

Location North West of England (Primarily working from home with travel within the community and prisons across North West as and when required)

Salary £28,072 + excellent benefits

Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status Fixed term to 31 March 2025

The Ministry of Justice is obtaining a service to support people in prison and people on probation with their financial wellbeing.

Financial wellbeing is an issue for over half of people on probation or in prison and the delivery of this service is pivotal in improving outcomes for vulnerable people who need our support.

In this role, you will work hand in hand with probation/prison staff to support people access the financial support they need, engage with relevant services, manage, and coordinate their debts, budget better, and access the right benefits.

The right person will have a background in the criminal justice system and an in-depth understanding of project management and leadership and be able to manage and prioritise multiple competing demands.

This contract will supplement and complement the existing 17 Ministry of Justice contracts we deliver across England and Wales.
