An exciting opportunity has arisen for a staff nurse on the 35 bedded Acute Medical unit, providing rapid assessment of acutely unwell patients.

The ideal candidate will have staff nurse experience in an acute hospital already and will be looking for a challenging and fast moving post that emergency admission provides.

This post is subject to a 6 month Probationary Period, but will be renewed according to performance review.

This role requires an active UK NMC Registration

UHD are investing in services across the Trust, with many being transformed and developed following merger and the New Hospital Programme.

This means that some services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or long term.

There is a planned move for this service during March 2025, when this role and base of work will relocate to Bournemouthsite.

Upon relocation of the role/service, excess mileage allowance / reimbursement will not apply, and any travel between the post holder's home and work base will be classified as a commute.
