    Commis Chef at Lagan Bar, Belfast International Airport Terminal 1 Airside

    Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour (including an extra £1.20 per hour for midnight to 6 AM shifts)
    JOINING BONUS: £400 (Terms and conditions apply)
    Shift Pattern: 3:00 AM-11:00 PM

    Successful candidates must provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check as per Airport Security Regulations.
    To perform certain tasks, applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to handle and serve alcohol.

    AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Assisting in deliveries.

    • Preparing meats and vegetables.

    • Supporting fellow chefs.

    • Assisting in stock rotation.

    • Upholding kitchen and food safety standards.

    • Efficient time management for prep and service.

    • Accurate measurement of dish ingredients and portions.
