About the Company


A leading law firm with international reach and a strong reputation for innovation are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.


About the Role
Working closely alongside the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering support across the business services teams


Responsibilities include:

  • Performance management and coaching line managers
  • Managing employee relations matters (sickness/absence)
  • Advising on policies and procedures
  • Managing probation reviews
  • Supporting on wellbeing matters
  • Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
  • HR reporting and providing analytics
  • Advising on salary review process
  • Managing projects

Job Requirements


You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services and CIPD qualified.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a growing team. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
