An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Governance Team.


We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to work alongside the Corporate Governance team to provide administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of Finance and the Executive Medical Director.


The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive and efficient support to the various demands arising from the activity of the Corporate Governance team.

They will need to hold experience of organising and minuting key strategic meetings and complex diary management.

They will need to be well organised, a strong communicator and have the ability to work in a challenging and busy environment whilst meeting set deadlines.


The post holder will also need to work well as part of a team and be able to manage conflicting priorities and be able to work using own initiative.


The successful applicant will be a self-starter, they must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and have demonstrable experience in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support at Executive or Board level.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
