Year 1 salary £26,000 + (£10,000-£20,000) commission (OTE £40,000+)

What experience do you need to become a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?

1:1 or 2:1 from a UK University
Work experience alongside studies (preferably internships, commercial experience or sales experience)
Track record of showing a good work ethic and mentality towards work (e.g. securing parttime paid work whilst studying or working long hours)
Achievements outside of academia (involved in sports, drama or other societies)
Confident, goal oriented and strong interpersonal/people skills
