Salary:
£25-27K base (increasing in your first year through promotions)

Commission:
OTE £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £85K+ year 3

Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

You'll also need to source your clients in order to find new job roles.

This requires cold calling (resilience is needed for this), and you will need to pitch your services onto the potential clients.

Recruitment Consultant - The Benefits:
