We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can join our busy HR team at Watford General Hospital.


  • Interviews to be held 12th June 2023*You will provide admin support to the Employee Relations team and HR Business Partners. You will be the first point of contact for people
contacting the department, providing advice on policies or directing to ER Advisers for specialist advice.

You will support the team with general administration duties, data analysis using excel, liaising with managers trust-wide, answering basic HR

queries, arranging meetings / hearings, preparing hearing packs, transcribing recordings of HR meetings, administration of the maternity leave process, responding to Freedom Of Information requests and providing project support to the HRBP's.

As a key member of the HR team, the post holder will provide administrative and business support to the Employee Relations Team and HR Business Partners.

This work will involve working with a wide variety of stakeholders and organisations and will require negotiating skills to ensure effective employee engagement in convening A4C panels, organisation of hearings / appeals and meetings associated with Management of Change.

It will also
require providing admin support to HR projects. It is therefore essential that effective working relationships and efficient working practices are
delivered.

The role will support the HR Business Partners including assisting with diary management, data circulation, staff engagement activities and
general administrative duties to ensure that all statutory, national and local policies are adhered to.
