Customer Service Representative - 12 Months FTC

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel.

The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for:

  • Processes orders utilizing SAP ERP system, provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical location.
  • Provides inside support to external sales team
  • Handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit Analyst
  • Liaise daily with manufacture sites to ensure orders manufactured to the required dates.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

You will bring Customer's satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in SAP is preferred.
  • Customer Service experience in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Excellent oral, written, and telephonic communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to interface with personnel from various departments and levels
  • Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to access information using automated systems; experience with spreadsheets (and word processing; experience with SAP is preferred
