Page Personnel are working with a well known business to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

This is a great opportunity for somebody with Customer Service Team Leader to take their next step within their career and progress further.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be required but not limited to;

  • Manage and maintain new and long existing Client relationships and accounts
  • Be point of customer and client escalation
  • Retain relevant commercial information for the business
  • Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Provide support for the team

The Successful Applicant:

As a successful Customer Service Team Leader you will;

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience managing and maintaining customer accounts and relationships
  • Be accurate
  • Be pro active and a problem solver
