Page Personnel are working with a well known business to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be required but not limited to;- Manage and maintain new and long existing Client relationships and accounts
- Be point of customer and client escalation
- Retain relevant commercial information for the business
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
- Provide support for the team
The Successful Applicant:
As a successful Customer Service Team Leader you will;
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have experience managing and maintaining customer accounts and relationships
- Be accurate
- Be pro active and a problem solver
