Description
We have 2 part-time ward administrator vacancies within Medicine.


Both 22.5hrs per week, one to cover Mon-Fr, 07:30-12:00 and one for evening and weekend cover, doing 2-3 evening shifts during the week, 15:00-21:30, plus one alternate Sat/Sun, 08:00-16:00, on a 2 week rolling rota.

there is some flexibility with start/finish time


As ward admin you will primarily focus on maintaining an accurate and real time bed state for multiple wards, supporting a variety o admin tasks and IT system updates.

You will require excellent attention to detail, have efficient IT skills, time management with ability to be self motivated and organised, you will need positive interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work in a busy, ward based and shared environment.


Our team is 35 strong, we support the Medicine Care Group, each other, 16 wards and MOP outpatients, the team consists of 21 ward clerks, 8 Ward secretaries, 3 PPC's, 1 PPC team leader, 1 PA and 1 Admin Manager.
