We are looking for experienced Maintenance Surveyors to join our Clients team covering various locations across the South East and South Coast regions.

This is a great opportunity to join an establishedand you will be responsible for ensuring that allproperties in your portfolio are maintained to a high standard.

A qualification in a relevant field such as surveying or construction or experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of building defects and safety standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent problemsolving and organisational skills
A valid driving license
