As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to shape our brand's visual identity and bring our mission to life.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an In-House Graphic Designer at Lumi Therapy, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the design and development of compelling visual assets.

Your quick thinking, hard-working nature, and adaptability will be essential in keeping up with the dynamic nature of our industry and company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute captivating visual designs for various platforms.
Create visually stunning materials, including digital graphics, marketing collateral, social media content, and more, that align with our brand's aesthetics and message.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, continually refining your work to meet high standards.
Stay current with design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies, incorporating these insights into your work.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a collaborative inhouse environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Impressive portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and adaptability.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Location:
This is an in-house position at our Exeter, Marsh Barton office.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
