Our fast-paced Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media/Marketing Executive
. We want to bring someone on board who is passionate about all things social and will work proactively to think outside the box.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies that ensure the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Generate community management managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, encouraging user generated content internally & externally
  • Scheduling and deliver messages through an uptodate content calendar
  • Working with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce paid social media campaigns
  • Analysing and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations for future campaigns and strategies
  • Creating strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims
  • Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced
  • Assist wider marketing team with adhoc campaigns and task relating to new promotions, point of sale requirements

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI's
  • Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms
  • Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising
  • Ability to write create engaging content (Video production and editing skills would be beneficial)
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise them
  • Indepth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for details
