- Identify and source the correct parts and accessories for customer vehicles
- Maintain an organised and efficient parts inventory
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Provide pricing and availability information to customers
- Assist with the return of defective or unused parts.
- Assisting with parts stock check
- Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers
- Ensuring prices are entered onto VHC within required time
- Working as part of a small dynamic team in aftersales you are expected to cover elements of the service department within busy time slots within the dealership. This would involve liaising with customers to ensure check ins run smoothly and customers are kept up to date with any vehicle progress updates
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all service and parts transactions
- Handle payments and process invoices
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Assist in managing warranty claims and related paperwork
