- Displaying exemplary patient care.
- Assisting the Nurse Manager with the overall running of the home.
- Supporting the home in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
- Upholding the standards of the home.
- Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards.
- Practicing within the NMC code at all times.
